According to the prediction of hydrological department, affected by continuous heavy rainfall, the water level of ocean river, daxong River, tributary of Xiangjiang River, Guanjiang River, main stream of Guijiang River and tributaries of Gantang River and Luoqing river rose rapidly. According to the preliminary prediction, the peak water level of 212.00m appeared around 8:00 on the 16th, 188.30m appeared around 10:00 on the upstream of Guijiang river, and 14.00m appeared at noon on Lijiang River Peak water level of about 5.5m.
Guilin hydrological Center issued a blue flood warning at 8:00 on the 16th, requesting Yushan bridge, Lijiang bridge, Jiefang Bridge and other bridges in the urban area of Guilin city to cross the channel, Liuma Wharf in the urban area, Mopanshan wharf, Old Wharf Street in Xingping Town, Yangshuo County and other riverside scenic spots as well as relevant units and the public to strengthen prevention and timely avoid risks.
